Gigcloser is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience and apply relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also aim to comply with:
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
- The UK Equality Act 2010
- The European Accessibility Act (EAA)
2. Measures Taken
- Accessibility included in development and design reviews
- Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes throughout the interface
- All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (4.5:1 minimum for normal text)
- Text alternatives for non-text content
- Responsive design across devices and screen sizes
- Browser zoom support up to 200%
- No content flashing more than three times per second
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
3. Compatibility
We support current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, and OS accessibility features on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
4. Known Limitations
- Some third-party integrations render content outside our control
- Real-time dashboard updates may not be immediately announced to screen readers
- Some legacy PDFs may not be fully accessible
